Nikos Zantis

Our highly talented chef and food development expert Nikos Zantis quaranties Business Success!

He is a graduate of the Higher Hotel and Catering Institute of Nicosia, Cyprus, holding a diploma in cookery and pastry. He has extensive professional experience of over 32 years as an Executive Chef in a number hotels and restaurants. His strong personality and passion for his work led him, throughout the years, to create his own business in catering, confectionery, bakery and consulting.

Nikos has worked tirelessly on his professional development, having participated, amongst others, in training courses HCCP, Health and Safety, and Food and Beverage Management. With a respected reputation in the Hospitality and Catering industry, he has worked as a consultant Chef for several restaurants, composing menus, optimizing resources, organizing kitchens and training staff.

His leadership skills have allowed him to motivate and inspire other people, always in the spirit of team work and passion. He has been certified as a Professional Trainer by HRDA (Human Resources Development Authority) and since then he is leading a team helping food businesses to succeed in their field.
